Meet Our Founder
Erica Peterson is the founder of Endless Possibilities Academy. She is dedicated to providing a personalized, supportive learning environment for children who thrive in smaller settings. As a mother and former educator in the daycare industry, Erica saw firsthand how individualized attention and flexible learning can help children overcome challenges and succeed. Inspired by her own experiences with a third-grade teacher who took the time to understand each student, she created Endless Possibilities Academy to offer a more nurturing, adaptable alternative to traditional education. Passionate about fostering the whole child, she believes that every student deserves the opportunity to learn at their own pace and reach their full potential.
Meet Our Co-Founder
Lila Peterson brings over 40 years of experience in the childcare industry to Endless Possibilities Academy. As a mother of four and grandmother to eight, she has devoted her life to nurturing and empowering children. Lila firmly believes that every child should have the freedom to express their authentic selves and flourish in an environment that values individuality and creativity.
Her philosophy centers on the idea that children are not just learners but also educators. She believes they teach us how to be better teachers, mentors, and people, reminding us to approach the world with curiosity, openness, and humility. For Lila, adults are the true students, and children are the ones who inspire and guide us.
At Endless Possibilities Academy, Lila is passionate about fostering a community that honors these values, ensuring every child is supported, seen, and celebrated for who they are.
